About Us
With over twenty years of commercial and domestic cleaning experience, Softwashing UK is at the forefront of the softwashing industry.
Who Are We?
Softwashing UK are a family-run business built on strong values, hard work, and genuine care for the people we serve. From the very beginning, we’ve believed in putting pride over profit — focusing on quality, relationships, and doing the job right rather than cutting corners.
Every customer is treated as a friend, and every project is handled with attention to detail and respect.
Our commitment to service with integrity means you can trust us to be honest, dependable, and dedicated to delivering results that reflect the standards we stand for.
Softwashing UK are industry pioneers. One of the first entrants into the UK market, we have innovated and raised industry standards.
We are one of the most experienced render cleaning contractors in the UK, responsible for completing some of the UKs largest commercial Softwashing projects to date.
Safety and professional development are the heart of all we do; we do not only look to improve our own operations but the industry overall.
To date, we have trained many businesses to restore safely and effectively all exterior surfaces using softwash methods.
Our owner Gavin Reardon is a Regional Engagement Director for the Exterior Cleaning Association.
Softwashing UK are a specialist exterior cleaning company delivering professional, compliant, and results-driven soft washing solutions across the United Kingdom.
We work with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients who require a safe, effective, and long-term approach to exterior surface cleaning and treatment.
Our Expertise
We focus exclusively on soft washing — a low-pressure, chemical-based cleaning method designed to treat and remove organic growth at its source.
Unlike traditional high-pressure washing, which can compromise delicate materials, our process is engineered to clean thoroughly while preserving the structural integrity and appearance of the surface.
Softwashing UK use platinum, industry standard methods and equipment to tackle every job. We use only professional grade chemicals compliant to both EU and UK HSE regulations, and leading low pressure steam cleaning equipment such as the Doff Steam system
Our technicians are fully trained in safe chemical handling, risk assessment, and industry best practices. Every project is carefully evaluated to ensure the correct treatment plan, application method, and environmental controls are in place.
Softwashing UK provides comprehensive exterior cleaning and treatment services, including:
