We were able to clean and treat the render at Lawford Close very effectively, with great results. Our health and safety plan was executed flawlessly. And we used the latest softwashing technologies, such as the Doff Steam System, to clean the render. We also used top grade biocide to kill and remove the organic growth.
Most of the work at Lawford close was completed from the safety of the ground. We were able to clean up to sixty feet using water fed poles. For some elevations it was necessary to use a specialist Moving Elevating Work Platform. All staff using the MEWP were IPAF trained and groundsmen were always present. In this way we cleaned the render, and left the apartment blocks in optimum condition.
This resulted in bringing the Lawford Close area back to life with cleaner exteriors, delivered on time, on budget leaving residents and our client delighted.
