Floor Cleaning

In a domestic or commercial interior setting, high pressure washing is inappropriate. While regular brushing and day to day cleaning helps keep floors clean, off the shelf products from the highstreet will only take you so far, especially once organic growth sets in. We clean all and any floors. Here are a few examples:

Cork floor cleaning - is the cork floor sealed on unsealed, because both require soft chemicals.

Sealed floors will be treated with water, rubber sponges, and super soft detergent.

Unsealed floors will require specialist chemical treatment.

In both cases, the floor will dry in the air.

Hardwood floors and laminate floor cleaning - Hardwood floors and laminates are a joy, and easy to maintain, but we usually get called in when there is some very stubborn staining that resists DIY efforts. Common stains can include blood, dye, liquor, ink, make-up, and oil or grease. All can be very problematic and may require ammonia, bleach, ice, detergent, steam, or a specialised softwash blend to remove, but we’ll use our long experience and scientific knowledge to remove the stain at the lowest cost.

Lino Floor cleaning - while often mistaken for vinyl, which is more robust, lino floors take more effort to maintain in good order. When the staining is stubborn, or the surface is beginning to fade, we’ll use softwash detergent blends, and a good waxing, to get your linoleum floor looking spick and span once again.
